Godalming, UK: Sinclair Pharma plc ("Sinclair": SPH:L), the international 
specialty pharma company, has been informed that Chris Spooner, Chief Executive 
Officer, acquired 45,750 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the 
Company at 27p per Ordinary Share and a further 82,000 Ordinary Shares at 26.5p 
on 2 June. Following these purchases, Mr Spooner is interested in 6,545,868 
Ordinary Shares, 4.04% per cent. of the issued share capital of Sinclair.
